Hair Care & Warranty Policy

At IFYHAIR, we are committed to providing premium-quality Raw and Virgin Human Hair. With proper care, our hair is designed to maintain its beauty, softness, and longevity.

Hair Care Instructions

To keep your hair looking its best, we recommend the following:

* Wash the hair with a sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner.
* Gently detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, starting from the ends and working your way up.
* Allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.
* Use a heat protectant before applying heat styling tools.
* Avoid excessive heat, as frequent high temperatures may shorten the lifespan of the hair.
* For curly or wavy hair, use a leave-in conditioner or curl-defining product to help maintain the natural pattern.
* Store the hair in a clean, dry place when not in use.

Colouring & Chemical Treatments

Our Raw and Virgin Human Hair can be coloured or styled. However, any colouring, bleaching, perming, or chemical treatment should be performed by a qualified professional.

Please note that once the hair has been chemically treated, IFYHAIR cannot be responsible for any damage caused by these processes.

Hair Characteristics

Because our products are made from 100% natural human hair, slight variations in:

* Colour
* Texture
* Curl pattern
* Thickness

are normal and make each bundle unique. These natural differences are not considered defects.

Hair Shedding & Maintenance

A small amount of shedding is normal with human hair, especially after cutting the wefts or lace.

To reduce shedding:

* Avoid cutting the wefts unless necessary.
* Brush or comb the hair gently.
* Keep the hair moisturized.
* Avoid excessive pulling or rough handling.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ifyhair.de.

Please include:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos and/or videos of the product

We will carefully review your claim and, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

* Normal wear and tear
* Improper care or maintenance
* Bleaching, colouring, perming, or chemical treatments
* Excessive heat styling
* Improper installation or removal
* Cutting the lace or wefts
* Misuse or accidental damage
