Returns

You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

* Be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
* Be returned in its original packaging.
* Include all original tags and accessories.
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact us at info@ifyhair.de before returning any item. We will provide you with return instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@ifyhair.de.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

To protect the health and safety of all customers, certain products cannot be returned.

These include:

* Wigs, hair extensions, bundles, closures, or frontals that have been worn, washed, cut, coloured, bleached, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.
* Custom-made or personalised products.
* Custom-coloured products.
* Sale or clearance items.
* Gift cards.

Where products are supplied with a hygiene seal, the right to return may no longer apply once that seal has been removed, as permitted under applicable law.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item (once approved) and place a new order through our website.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@ifyhair.de.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This right may not apply to products that are exempt from withdrawal under applicable law, including certain sealed hygiene products once the seal has been removed.
