Important note for hair products: As these are hygiene articles, a return is only possible for unopened, unused, and originally sealed goods. After the seal has been removed or if the hair has been used, combed, washed, or altered, the right of withdrawal is excluded according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB.
